Strict & Enforced Cancellation Policies


To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone, text, or email. Pageboy has always asked for at least 48 hours notice when canceling and/or rescheduling an appointment. Although we understand emergencies can arise, we know most of our clients honor our time and this policy.
We (the salon and our stylists) do not accept cancellations by Instagram DM.

Due to increased issues with late cancellations as we have grown, we have made the following policy changes:

  1. CARD ON FILE REQUIRED
    All clients will need to have a valid credit card on file to reserve an appointment.

  2. LATE ARRIVALS
    If you are 15+ minutes late for your 30 minute+ appointment, you will have to reschedule or only receive partial services that day. Cancellation fees may apply.

  3. CANCELLATION FEES
    For 30 minute - 1 hour appointments
    : Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of total services cancelled. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of total services missed.
    For 1+ hour appointments: Cancellations under 48 hours will be charged 50% for every hour scheduled. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of total services missed.
    All late cancellations and no-shows may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.

  4. REPEAT LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS
    Clients with 2+ appointments that have been cancelled/rescheduled last minute or no call/no show will no longer be accepted at the salon.


As a courtesy, we send email reminders 72 hours before, as well as text reminders the business day before your appointment.
However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. We hope that our clients understand that our time, like yours, is valuable.
